Sadr Visits MKA Agbede, Calls for Greater Commitment

The Sadr (National President) of Majlis Khuddam Ahmadiyya Nigeria (MKAN), Mr. AbdurRoqib Akinyemi has extended his courtesy visit to Agbede locality in Edo State on February 21st, 2025, as part of his ongoing tour of the South-South/South-East region.

Accompanied by the Vice National President (South-South/South-East), Mu’allim Basirudeen Sulaimon, the National General Secretary (Motamad), Mr. AbdulHameed Otule, and a delegation of national executives, Sadr Sahib expressed his delight at meeting the Agbede Circuit President, Mr. Ibrahim AbdulGaniy, and the youth members whom were led by the District President (Dil’a Qaid), Mu’allim Azeem Adewole, and the Local President (Muqam Qaid), Abdul Razaq Mutairu.

Addressing the gathering, Sadr Sahib encouraged members to enhance their participation in Jama’at activities and strengthen their commitment, emphasizing the importance of sacrifice in both time and wealth. He particularly urged them to be consistent in their Chanda payments and other financial contributions.

During the session, Mr. Akinyemi engaged members on their career aspirations, education, and work-life balance. He strongly encouraged them to write to His Holiness, Hazrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad (aba), for spiritual guidance and support. He further underscored the significance of prayer in achieving a fulfilling and successful life, reminding them to frequently invoke blessings upon the Holy Prophet Muhammad (saw).

Sadr Sahib also advised members to prioritize marrying within the fold of the Jama’at and ensuring their families remain actively involved in Jama’at affairs. This, he noted, would foster peaceful homes and contribute to the continued growth of the Jama’at.

In conclusion, he urged the Atfal (children) present to remain dedicated to their studies and practice financial sacrifice by paying their Chanda. He also charged MKAN members to prepare rigorously for the upcoming educational competitions at the national convention, set to hold in Ede, Osun State.
