Oyo State donates 90 blood pints at UCH, attends APW, Youth Meeting

With great zeal to ensure service to humanity and to contribute to saving lives, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Oyo State donated 90 pints of blood at the Department of Haematology, University College Hospital Blood Bank, Ibadan on 29th July, 2017.

The donors were from four (4) Dil’at in the state (Ibadan, Omi-Adio, Oluyole-Ona Ara and Akinyele) while other Dil’at are scheduled for NBTS around August.

About 98 Majlis members converged at the hospital. 90 were able to donate as 4 were not fit due to health reasons and others were on special duties. The blood bank appreciated this usual efforts and supports.

Meanwhile, in another development, the State Qaid, Bro. Awe Abdul-Akeem Sahib attended Ahmadi Muslim Students’ Association, the Polytechnic, Ibadan Unit Symposium with his entourage. He also co-anchored the Association’s marriage seminar that same day.

Also, the State Isha’at Officer, Bro Abdur Rasheed Animashaun and Monatan Dil’a Qaid, Bro Moruf Ajimoti attended the National Youth Council of Nigeria, State Chapter Meeting held on 27th July, 2017 at youth House, Yemetu, Ibadan as part of the core activities of MKAN to leverage into and supports youth council activities in the state.
