The Assistant Commisioner of Police; Awoyale Olufemi Olayinka has hosted the MKAN Sadr Sahb, Mr Abdur Roqib Akinyemi in his office at Owo on 6th June 2023.

The Muhtamim Ishaat; Mr. Ismail Rotimi Lawal made a formal introduction of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya, the Sadr Sahb, and his entourage to the ACP.

Sadr Sahb in his speech expressed his delight to meet the ACP. He gave a details explanation of what Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Nigeria is about and the purpose of bringing the 49th edition of the Ijtema to Owo.

While commiserating with the ACP about the massacre of Christians in Owo on 5th June 2022, the Muslim Youth Leader condemned those behind the massacre and explained that Islam is all about peace.

The Sadr Sahb also informed the ACP that free medical care will be held at Ahmadiyya Grammar School where the people of the community will be given free healthcare service.

In response, the Assistant Commissioner of Police thank the MKAN for the visit and was delighted that Muslim youth are making use of their youthful age for the benefit of their communities. He mentioned that without a doubt, Islam is about peace.

Likewise, the ACP praised Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya Nigeria for promoting peace and not joining those that are causing atrocities on the land.

He further pledge the police support for MKAN throughout the conference in Owo and prays for the Majlis for their activities.
