Osogbo District donates 15 pints, visits Jama’at President, others

Members of Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organization, (Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya), Osogbo District has donated 8 pints of blood to save lives of the distressed at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital Blood Bank, Ogbomoso on 30th November, 2019.

The Ahmadi youths moved in group to LAUTECH Blood Bank to donate blood after the conclusion of their District (Dil’a) Meeting.

15 members of the Majlis donated blood including a non Ahmadi after recognizing the efforts of the Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya in saving lives.

The official in charge, Dr.​ Tijani, appreciated the sacrificial effort of the Majlis, emphasizing that it would go a the long way in saving more lives than we imagined.

He also lauded the Majlis and Ahmadiyya Muslim Community at large for their zeal and topmost participation so far in the history of blood donation at Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Teaching Hospital, General, Ogbomosho.

He further prayed that Allah (swt) grant the youths the rewards of this regular humanitarian services both in this life and the hereafter.

He also shared his experience at LAUTECH Blood Bank and educated the youths on health related issues.

In another development, Osogbo District also made welfare visitations to Jama’at President and others on 30th November, 2019.

The Majlis visited Kobongbogboe Jama’at President’s family, Alhaji & Alhaja Oyinlola, the family of the District Ahmadi Male Kids President (Dil’a Zaiq Atfal), Bro. AbdulBasit Bello, whose parents are non-Ahmadis.

The Youth District President (Dil’a Qaid) appreciated their support for releasing their child for Jama’at programmes, while urging them to also allow his elder and younger brother and sisters to take part in Jama’at programmes. As a result, the parents were encouraged to sign Bai’at and they were invited them to the 2019 Ahmadiyya Annual Convention (Jalsa Salana).

The family showed their interest in the Jama’at as they used to defend the tenets of the Jama’at.​

The family of Bro. Abbas Zakariyya who was kidnapped was also visited. The family appreciated the support of the Jama’at during the incident.

Alh Sheik Muibullah Lere Yusuf was as well visited. Sheikh did eulogize the efforts of Ahmadiyya Jama’at in propagating Islam and promised to sign Bai’at if he was not given chance to make changes among the orthodox Muslims.​
