MKAN trains State Officers Rudiments of Photography, awards Certificates

Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya, Nigeria (Ahmadi Muslim Youth Organization) has trained its state officers in the rudiment of photography between 31st March and 31st May, 2020.

The virtual photography training was organized by Isha’at (Media and Publicity) Department of the Organization as part of its efforts to equip youths of the Jama’at with professional photography skills that can earn them some money and build the skill’s gap in the Jama’at.

The attendees, who were recommended by their states’ president, went through the two months training in the following courses: Photography, Introduction to DSLR, and the Exposure Triangle.

In his closing remarks, the organizer, Bro. Ismail Rotimi Lawal, Muhtamin Isha’at, encouraged the attendees to put what they have learned into use and be ready to serve the Jama’at with their knowledge.

The facilitator, Bro. Sherifdeen Olowofayokun, a Majlis member from Kwara Ilaqa, a freelance photographer and videographer and CEO Ollams Pictures, stated in his address that the attendees would be able to differentiate between a Professional DSLR and an analog camera, know each part of the camera and what they work for and take professional pictures.

At the end of the training, all attendees were awarded a Certificate of Attendance as officers from Kwara and Ogun State also received Certificates of Excellence for their outstanding performances throughout the training.

The participants are Bolarinwa Muhdsodiq from Kwara State, Abdulsalam Ahmad Oladipupo from Lagos State, Aliyu Abdul-Ahad from Edo-Delta, AbdulHakeem A. Mustapha from Oyo State, Saka Idris from Ekiti State, Abdulsalam Ismail Bolaji from Osun State, Rasheed Abubakar Omotosho from Cross Rivers, Tejuosho Fawaz from Niger state, AbdulRoqeeb Ogunrinde from Ogun State and Isiaka Idris from Abuja.
