MKAN Sadr Sahib graces Edo Delta Officers’ Orientation Programme

The Sadr Sahib, Majlis Khuddamul-Ahmadiyya, Nigeria, Dr. Taofeeq Sanni has graced the Edo Delta State Officers’ Orientation and Graduation programme held at Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Mosque, Benin City between 12th and 13th December, 2020.

The orientation programme was organized for the newly elected and appointed Qaideen across Edo and Delta States.

The new officers were presented with appointment letters and duly decorated after which series of lectures and interactive sessions followed to the delight of the participants.

Some Majlis Ansarullah members were invited as guest lecturers to advise the officers as they prepared for their new offices.

The Sadr who joined virtually outlined some of the Majlis Khuddam activities and minimum requirements cum commitment needed to be exhibited by a Majlis officer. He appreciated the Qaid Ilaqa, Bro. Tella Moshood for organizing the event while urging all to ensure to walk the talk.
The Naib Amir (Ta’leem Tarbiyya), Alhaji Tajudeen Onabanjo, ex-Qaid Ilaqa, Edo Delta, also joined at the closing session to encourage members on the need to sacrifice in the cause of God.

Some Majlis members who had attained the age of 40 and had served meritoriously were appreciated and graduated into Majlis Ansarullah at the closing session. Among them was the immediate past Etsako Dil’a Qaid, Bro. Ibrahim Idris.

The dignitaries who graced the occasion include Naib Sadr, SS/SE, Bro. Islam Mustafa; Benin Circuit’s Maulvi Syed Shahid Ahmad, Auchi Circuit’s Maulvi Abdul Hafeez Akere; Local Jama’at President, Bro. Ohio Muhammed, ably represented by an Ansarullah member and former Naib Sadr, SS/SE, Bro. Aminu Suleiman.
Others are former Benin Dil’a Qaid, Bro. Yakub Mustafa and former Regional Motamad, Bro. Shehu Momoh who came to deliver papers, all at equipping the new officeholders.

A total of 60 members were in attendance including some guests and members of other auxiliary bodies.
