Ahmadi Muslim Youth Organisation (Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya), Ilaro District Leader, Bro Abdul Azeez Adeniji has attended the Cardinal Onaiyekan Foundation for Peace (COFP) programme at Jamia Ahmadiyya on 6th February, 2020.
The event themed ‘Peace building and Conflict Prevention’ had in presence the representatives of selected religious clerics in Yewa South Local Government.
Two lectures were delivered on the methods with which the clerics should use in preventing conflict and promoting peace among people, while several ways and methods were later concluded on.
The programme also had in attendance Maulvi Hashim Badmus and Dr Sa’eed Olurotimi Timehin Sahib who was one of the lecturers of the day.
The Ilaro District Leader at the end of the programme was interviewed on his thought and opinion regarding the creation of peace in the society.
With the District leader were Bro. Lukman Adegbola, Deputy Leader (Special Duties) and Bro. Abdul Kabir Tejuosho, Naib Nazeem Atfal II respectively.
In another development, Ahmadi Muslim Youth Organization (Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya), Zariagi Locality has paid a welfare visitation to motherless home and members of the Jama’at at Zariagi, Kogi State on 2nd February, 2020.
The Ahmadi youth leader in Kogi state introduced Ahmadiyya to the motherless home management and highlighted various activities of the Muslim community towards the betterment of humanity.
The youths were warmly welcomed, as the motherless home management looked forward to hosting them again.
The youths prayed for the motherless home and donated some amount of money to complement their services.
A welfare visitation was also made to few members of the Jama’at.
The visit was attended by 3 Ahmadi youths (Khuddam) and 1 Ahmadi male elders (Ansarullah).
