Amir Sahib, Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Nigeria, Barr. AbdulAzeez Alatoye and new Sadr (President), Ahmadi Muslim Youth Organization (Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya) Nigeria), Dr. Taofeeq Sanni have graduated 16 members of MKAN National Executive Body to Ansarullah on 20th December, 2020 at MKAN Secretariat, Ojokoro-Ijaiye, Lagos.
The Mulk members, including the former MKAN Sadr, Engr. Saeed Aina, was graduated into the fold of Ansarullah having reached 40 years, the age limit of being members of Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya.
The chairman of the ceremony, Alhaj Barr. AbdulAzeez Alatoye, ably represented by his Naib Amir (Admin.) Alhaji Mufadhilu A. Bankole, conveyed the Huzur’s (atba) message to Nigerian Jama’at, saying that the Jama’at must work on these three areas which are Tabligh (preaching), Tarbiyya (moral development), and financial autonomy.
He advised the attendees of the ceremony to ensure that they win at least a soul for the Jama’at every year, just as he said that members need to improve in Tarbiyya to carry out this assignment effectively.
He lamented on the low level of Tarbiyya of Jama’at members while encouraging them to build their trust in Almighty Allah and rejuvenate their moral behaviours. He advised the members to re-examine themselves if they are worthy of being an Ahmadi.
Alhaji Bankole encouraged MKAN members to make a financial sacrifice towards the Minaret International University (MIU), while assuring them of Allah’s bountiful bounties and abundant provisions for their generous contributions.
The Amir, in his speech, described Engr. Saeed Aina as an honest, diligent and trustworthy person who served the cause of Allah with passion and zeal to obey the commandments of Almighty Allah. He further advised members to always be of good conduct.
Meanwhile, in his speech, former MKAN Sadr, Engr. Aina, implored members to support the new Sadr passionately with a view to moving MKAN forward while advising members to be morally upright and eschew questionable moral behaviours which could forestall the progress of an organization.
Engr. Aina also appreciated all members for their relentless supports during his tenure, praying that Almighty Allah shall grant everyone resounding successes in their affairs.
The new Sadr, Dr. Taofeeq Sanni, in his speech, said the people at the grassroots would be the reflections of the executive MKAN members’ leadership qualities. He implores all officers to ensure that programmes like Tarbiyya are held at grassroots levels.
