Alimosho District Atfal Celebrates Successful Atfal Day 2025 with Visit to Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library

Abeokuta, Ogun State — On May 25, 2025, Majlis Khuddamul Ahmadiyya (MKA) Alimosho District organized an enriching and memorable excursion for its Atfal to the Olusegun Obasanjo Presidential Library in Abeokuta, Ogun State, on May 25, 2025.

The event, a highlight of the annual Atfal Day, was a resounding success, leaving the children inspired and delighted.
The day was filled with a variety of engaging activities designed to educate, entertain, and foster camaraderie among the participants.

The children reveled in the excitement of the amusement park, engaging in thrilling rides and interactive games. The lively atmosphere provided a perfect setting for the Atfal to unwind, connect with peers, and create lasting memories.

A comprehensive tour of the library introduced the Atfal to an extensive collection of books, journals, and historical documents. The experience ignited their curiosity and instilled a deeper appreciation for reading and knowledge acquisition.

The visit to the museum offered the Atfal a window into Nigeria’s rich history, culture, and heritage. Interactive exhibits and vivid displays captivated their attention, fostering a greater understanding of the nation’s past and its role in shaping its present.

To ensure the children’s comfort, MKA Alimosho District provided ample food and drinks throughout the day. In a meaningful gesture to nurture their spiritual development, each Atfal received a copy of Yassarnal Quran, reinforcing their connection to Islamic teachings.

The excursion struck a perfect balance between education and entertainment, offering the Atfal a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and develop new skills. The experience is expected to leave a lasting impression, inspiring the young participants to become curious, informed, and engaged members of society.

A total number of 43 Atfal, 7 Khuddam and 1 Ansarullah were in attendance.
