One of Nigeria’s oldest Muslim youth group wishes everyone a safe and happy holiday season.
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organization Nigeria (Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria) sends its warm season’s greetings and wishes for happy holidays to those celebrating across the nation.
As Nigeria continues to grapple with economic and security challenges, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria continues to pray for peace in Nigeria and the world. In 2017, Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria donated over 400 pints of blood and continue to serve Nigerians through its Community Development Services on weekly basis.
Engr. Sae’ed Aina, President of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Youth Organization, said, “As Muslims who believe in the Messiah, Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad(as), it is important to our faith to respect people of all faiths, therefore our Muslim youths across the nation are prepared to stand guard for the safety of churches, synagogues, mosques and all places of worship where the name of Allah is remembered, in accordance with the dictates of the Holy Quran.”
He further said,
“Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya Nigeria will hold her Annual National Convention at the AlHuda Huda College, Zaria, Kaduna State. The Annual Convention is tagged “National Peace: a critical need of the time” and will bring over 4,000 Muslim youths together to discuss how Nigeria can be the world’s most peaceful country. A free health care delivery service and welfare visitations will also be organized to benefit Kaduna residents.
As we reflect on 2017, we feel truly blessed to have the support of all and we sincerely look forward to working together in 2018.
