Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Agbede Celebrates Successful Atfal Day 2025

The Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Agbede (Baitul Aleem) marked a triumphant Atfal Day celebration from May 23 to 25, 2025,
Agbede, Edo State bringing together young members from Agbede, Auchi, and Agenebode Circuits in a vibrant display of faith, unity, and community engagement.

The event, held under the grace of Allah, fostered spiritual growth and camaraderie among the Atfal, reinforcing their commitment to Islamic values and leadership.

The three-day program commenced on Friday with the arrival of Atfal from the three circuits, organized into three groups: Mahmud, Tahir, and Masroor. The activities were thoughtfully designed to nurture both intellectual and physical development, including sports, a quiz competition, and essay writing.

Participants also received guidance on the proper observance of Salat and learned prayers from the Holy Qur’an, deepening their spiritual connection.

A highlight of the event was an exhilarating football match, where Hadeeqatul Ulum Tahfeezul Quran Agbede secured a 1-0 victory, showcasing the Atfal’s enthusiasm and teamwork. The program concluded on Sunday with a closing session, during which all participants received gifts generously donated by the respected Murabi Atfal, symbolizing appreciation for their dedication.

Attendance statistics reflect the strong participation: 20 Atfal from Agbede, 14 from Auchi, and 7 from Agenebode, alongside 15 Khuddam and 3 Ansarullah members. The collective effort of parents, donors, and organizers was instrumental in the event’s success, ensuring a memorable experience for all.
