A member of Ahmadi Muslim Youth Organization (Majlis Khuddam-ul-Ahmadiyya), Ikorodu District, Bro. Afinju Ibrahim has been elected and inaugurated as the Social Secretary of National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ikorodu Central Local Government during its Inaugural Ceremony held on 14th February, 2020.
The Ahmadi Muslim youth was one of the new executive of the NYCN that was inaugurated into office.
The inauguration, which was held at Ikorodu Local Government Council Secretariat, has in attendance the Lagos State Chairman of NYCN Transition Committee, Hon. Olukayode Odunuga and his Secretary, Otunba, Adebisi Qudus respectively.
The Chairman of the occasion, in his speech, commended the Ahmadi Muslim Youth Organisation for its relentless efforts and zeal to always serve in the National Youth Council of Nigeria.
He also added that members of the Majlis are always proud of their uniform, so much that if they were given an hour notice to a meeting or an event, you would see them in their uniforms.
His words: “It’s as if they go about with their uniforms in their bags.”
He then implored other voluntary youth organizations, including the organisation he represents, to emulate the Ahmadi Muslim Youth Organisation in their effort towards youth development.
