SC Folami Bisoye, Second-in-Command of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), Ede North Command, has expressed delight at the peace-focused initiatives of Majlis Khuddam Ahmadiyya Nigeria (MKAN), describing the organization’s efforts as commendable and worthy of support.
He made this known while receiving the MKAN delegation on Tuesday, April 15th, 2025, at the Command’s headquarters in Ede. Representing the Commandant, SC Bisoye assured the youth body of the NSCDC’s readiness to partner in ensuring safety and orderliness during the upcoming convention.

In his remarks, the Acting Sadr (National President) of MKAN, Mr. Idris Fashina, introduced the youth wing of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at and outlined the purpose of the 51st Annual National Convention, which is set to hold in Ede from April 17th to 20th. He explained that the convention aims to promote spiritual development, moral training, and peaceful coexistence in society.
Mr. Fashina also invited the NSCDC to participate in the symposium scheduled for Saturday, April 19th, and noted that a free medical outreach will be conducted as part of MKAN’s humanitarian commitment to the host community.
Also present at the meeting were Ogunwemida Dhikrullah, Head of Intelligence, and Kamaldeen AbdulAzeez, Head of Operations, who both expressed goodwill and affirmed the agency’s support for youth-driven peacebuilding efforts.
